Dr. Li’s clinical focus includes all aspects of spinal surgery such as including herniated disk disease with nerve compression, degenerative spine stenosis, complex spine tumor, trauma and deformity diseases. Dr. Li provides the latest and most efficient treatment options for each patient with back pain, including minimally invasive herniated disk surgery through less than one inch incision, minimally invasive lateral or posterior spinal fusion surgery, artificial disc implants that allow for more mobility. He has a reputation as an expert in complex spinal surgery.
Dr. E. Donald Baxter, M.D.
Orthopedic Specialist
Dr. E. Donald Baxter, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon providing cervical, lumbar, and extremities consultation, treatment and surgeries for over 50 years. Dr. Baxter has performed countless medical treatments to his patients including invasive surgeries to the cervical and lumbar spine, the knees, shoulders, and foot and ankle. Dr. Baxter also practices pain management through epidural steroid injections, medical branch blocks, joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks and trigger point injections. Dr. Baxter also performs radio frequency ablations.
Dr. Baxter has served as the general orthopedic sports and mechanics company physician for the Houston Ballet, the University of Houston track team, and the Santa Monica Olympic Team. Dr. Baxter’s list of patients includes world series champions, Cy Young winners, Olympic gold, silver, and bronze medalists. He has also treated the previous world record holder in track and field, previous MLB home run champions, and even an astronaut. Dr. Hall specializes in pain management treatment such as epidural steroid injections and joint injections. Dr. Hall also performs the slightly more invasive pain management procedure, radio frequency ablations. He is also certified in spinal cord stimulation. He has served as a Staff Anesthesiologist for several large hospital systems, and he has been the guest speaker regarding opioids and bioethical studies.
