Medical Emergencies

Do not use this website in an emergency. This site is not monitored around the clock, and a form or chat message may not be seen for some time.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Warning signs that need urgent care include worsening headache, repeated vomiting, seizure, increasing confusion, unequal pupils, weakness on one side of the body, or difficulty staying awake.

Appointment and Referral Requests

Any appointment request, referral, or enquiry you submit through this site is a request only. It is not an appointment, and it is not confirmed until a member of GTOA staff confirms it with you directly.

Do not treat a submitted form or an on-screen confirmation that your message was sent as a scheduled visit. If you need to be seen promptly, call the clinic nearest you. Patient enquiries are handled by clinic staff by phone rather than through this website.
