Why GTOA

Why Legal Teams Choose GTOA

Six reasons firms send us their clients, and keep sending them.

01

One coordinator per firm

A named medical-legal contact handles your referrals end to end: scheduling, status, records, and billing. No general line, no re-explaining the case.

02

Deadlines you can plan around

Acknowledgement same day, scheduling within three, initial report within three of the visit. Published times we hold ourselves to.

03

Objective, level-specific findings

Fluoroscopically guided diagnostics identify the actual pain generator rather than describing a region: the difference between a finding and an opinion.

04

Causation addressed head-on

Every report states the relationship between mechanism and diagnosis and deals with pre-existing conditions explicitly rather than leaving the gap for opposing counsel.

05

Records written for scrutiny

Documentation is prepared knowing an adjuster, a defense expert, or a jury may read it: organized, dated, and internally consistent.

06

Six clinics, one record

Beaumont, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Arlington, and Corpus Christi share one system, so a client who moves mid-treatment does not create a gap in the chart.

Records

Medical Documentation, Records & Case Communication

What you receive, and how quickly you receive it.

Initial evaluation report

History, mechanism of injury, examination findings, diagnosis, and the proposed treatment plan.

Imaging correlation

MRI, CT, and X-ray findings tied explicitly to your client's reported symptoms and physical examination.

Causation narrative

A written opinion connecting the incident to the diagnosis, addressing pre-existing conditions and any aggravation directly.

Treatment records and pain scores

Every visit and procedure documented, with pain and function scores that demonstrate measurable change over time.

Future care and cost projection

Anticipated further treatment and associated costs, itemized to support the damages portion of your demand.

Response times

A dedicated medical-legal coordinator is assigned to every referring firm: one point of contact, not a phone tree.

Cost & coordination

LOP, Billing & Case Coordination

Three ways a referred client is covered. Coverage is confirmed in writing before anything is scheduled.

Letter of protection

Our standard arrangement for attorney-referred clients. Treatment proceeds with no payment from your client, and our billing team settles directly with your office when the case resolves.

No cost up front

Health insurance

We accept most major plans. Benefits and any prior authorization are verified before scheduling, so coverage is confirmed rather than assumed.

Most plans

Self-pay

Transparent pricing quoted in advance for clients paying directly, with payment options available if a claim is still being evaluated.

Quoted upfront

Balance and reduction requests. Our billing team works directly with your office at settlement. Send reduction requests to the coordinator assigned to your firm (not to the general billing line), and the coordinator will respond in writing.

Referral process

How to Refer an Injured Client in 3 Simple Steps

No portal login, no intake packet. A phone call or an email is enough to start.

01

Send the referral

Call the referral line or email your coordinator with the client name, phone number, date of loss, and the body regions involved. That is the entire intake, no portal, no packet.

02

We schedule and evaluate

We contact your client directly to schedule at the clinic closest to them, confirm coverage in writing, and complete the evaluation. You are copied on the confirmation.

03

You receive the record

The initial report follows the visit, with updates at every treatment milestone through discharge, without your office having to chase them.

Attorney referrals

Refer a client to GTOA

Share the essential case and contact details. A submission is confirmed only after the referral system accepts it.

Do not use this form for emergencies. If online referral is unavailable, call (409) 839-4600.

Providers

The Physicians Who Treat Your Clients

Your client is seen by the physician who evaluates them, not a rotating panel.
